About Dice Bar
Right next door to The Cobblestone in Smithfield, on the Kilmainham border, Dice Bar is the edgier sibling with a killer line-up of live music that punches way above its compact size. This Smithfield staple, with its retro decor, sticky floors, and graffiti walls, specialises in indie, punk, and alternative acts seven nights a week. Local heroes rub shoulders with touring bands in an unpretentious space where the focus is purely on the music and the mates you make there. It's raw Dublin rock 'n' roll at its finest.
What to Expect
Gigs from 9pm daily, €10-15 entry, featuring grungy guitars and sweaty mosh pits in the front room, quieter lounge out back. Cheap drinks, no-frills bar snacks. Crowd is young, tattooed, and passionate. Sound is punchy despite the size.
